Battery Optimisation

If you’re experiencing difficulties with the complete recording of your rides or if your Android device is preventing Motobit from running in the background, you may need to change the “Battery Optimization” setting.

“Battery Optimization” limits several network functions in the background to save energy, resulting in the inability to transmit location or connection data.

We recommend disabling the “Battery Optimization” setting to ensure the full functionality of Motobit.

For this guide, you will need two pieces of information: the manufacturer name and the installed Android version of your smartphone.
