These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed by you through motobit’s website (www.getmotobit.com), or via motobit´s Amazon Account (collectively the “Motobit Store”).
By placing any order through the motobit Store, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. These Terms are between you and motobit GmbH and, if applicable, the reseller appointed by Motobit GmbH as identified in the order confirmation. In these Terms, “motobit” and “we” mean motobit GmbH and/or its affiliates and, if applicable, any such reseller.
By agreeing to these Terms of Sale, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

B) Delivery Terms
We make our best to deliver you your product in the shortest time possible.
The typical order handling time is 1-2 business days.
The shipping time depends on the destination address and varies between 2 and 10 days. The actual delivery of your order can be affected by many events beyond our control, and you agree we are not liable for late deliveries.
The shipping costs are 6,5 € per shipping in Europe.
Every shipping is covered by insurance so that if your shipping gets lost you will get a full refund.
It is not possible to cancel your order or change your address after orders have allocated or shipped by our logistics partners. If you wish to cancel the order after it shipped, please refer to our general return section.
C) Payment terms
Payment is due at the moment of the order placement.
We accept currently two payments method: credit card and Paypal.

D) Return policy
We make our best do deliver you products tha fully satisfy your expectations.
If you are un-satisfied with your product you can request a full refund if the conditsions below are satisifed:
• request a return within 30 days of your shipment received date by sending uns an email at info@getmotobit.com;
• return the device and/or accessory, including all parts included in the original packaging, in good physical condition.
If the above conditions are not met we can deny the return of your purchase.
The refund coverst he price of the product as well as the shipping to your address but not the return shipping to our address which is at your costs.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used at the purchase as soon as the purchased product is recevied at our address.
E) Product information
Motobit pays attention to dispaly the product information as accurate as possible. Anyway we do not guarantee that the website content and the product information are always compelte, without errors or updated.
If you think that a purchased products is not as described in Motobit Store you can return it following the conditions of our return policy.
F) Compatibility
Currently the use of our poducts is supported just for smartphone running on Android 8.1+ and with Google Play services.
You are solely responsible for determining if the purchased or to purchase product is compatible with your smartphone.
You agree that if the product is not compatible with your smartphone it does not qualify as a defect but a return can be issued following our return policy.
G) Modification of the service and prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We are not liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
H) Further clarifications about orders
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased.
If we cancel or modify an order we will inform you through the inforamtion that you provideded us durign the chekout process.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
I) Warranty
We warrant to the original purchaser that your motobit-branded device and accessories that are new shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
If a detect arises during the warranty time, we will replace the product at no price for the purchaser.
L) Governing law
These Terms of Sale shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Austria.
