I see a straight line in the lean angle and acceleration diagram. What can I do?

A straight line at 0 in the lean angle or acceleration diagram has one of these reasons:

1. The calibration wasn’t finished yet (most common)

Motobit calibrates itself automatically at the start of every ride. This is sometimes quick, but it can take up to 10 km, depending on how you ride. Until then, lean angle and acceleration stay at 0. A straight line at 0° at the beginning of the ride is therefore normal.

2. The calibration didn’t succeed

This happens if your smartphone moves during the ride. Mount it firmly, for example in a holder on the handlebar (landscape is fine) or in a tank bag.

3. Your smartphone lacks the sensors

The calculation needs an accelerometer and a gyroscope. If your device doesn’t have both, no values can be calculated.
