Can I request a refund for Motobit PREMIUM?

Yes. The easiest way is to do it directly from Google Play or the App Store.

If you are not sure how to do it you can contact us and ask for a refund but keep in mind that we need the order ID to find your subscription and issue a refund.

Moreover, we can manually issue a refund just for subscription purchased through Google Play, if you subscribed to Motobit Premium through the App Store you have to request the refund yourself.
