I am a Premium member and do not see the respective status in the Motobit app on my new smartphone. What can I do?

Please ensure that you use the same login information also on your new smartphone. This includes both the Motobit app as well as your Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) login data. To do so, follow these steps:

On your old phone:

  1. Open the Play Store or App Store app.

  2. Remember your e-mail address that you is used. You can find it under your profile name when selecting your profile icon on the top right on either Play Store or App Store.

  3. On Play Store:
    Choose Payments & subscriptions and check if Motobit is listed.

    OR

    On App Store: Click on your profile name, then Subscriptions and check if Motobit is listed.

On your new phone:

Now check if the same information is also available on the Play Store or App Store apps. If both settings are correct, you should have access to Motobit Premium.

 

Important: Please note, that in case you don’t see the same planned or tracked tours in the Motobit app, you need to ensure that you are using exactly the same login information in Motobit.
