How can I cancel Motobit PREMIUM?

You cancel Motobit PREMIUM in the store where you bought it: Google Play™ or the App Store®. Deleting the app or your Motobit account does not cancel the subscription.

Android™ (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top right.
3. Tap “Payments & subscriptions”, then “Subscriptions”.
4. Select Motobit and tap “Cancel subscription”.

You can also cancel in your browser at https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

iPhone® (App Store)

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name, then “Subscriptions”.
3. Select Motobit and tap “Cancel Subscription”.

Alternatively: open the App Store app, tap your profile picture at the top right, then “Subscriptions”.

From the Motobit app

In your profile and in the settings of the Motobit app, there is a link that takes you directly to your subscriptions in Google Play or the App Store.

What happens after cancelling

• You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, Motobit switches to the free version. Your rides and planned tours are kept.
• If you cancel during the free trial, you won’t be charged. We recommend cancelling at least 2 days before the trial ends (Google Play: before the trial ends; App Store: at least 24 hours before).
• Cancelling doesn’t refund the current period automatically. More in Can I request a refund for Motobit PREMIUM?

Can’t find the subscription? Make sure you are logged in to the store with the same Google™ or Apple® account you used to buy Premium. If you bought Premium on another device, for example on an iPhone and now use Android, you need to cancel it in the store you bought it from.
