Partial data deletion request

This page include the steps and information to request the deletion of all or part of your data related to the app Motobit by Motobit GmbH, withouth deleting completely the account.

Steps to request partial data deletion

  1. Send an email at info@getmotobit with this subject “Partial data deletion request”. Please include in the email the account you used to log in into the Motobit app and the data that you would like to be deleted. If you would like to delete all the data of your account, withouth deleting your account simply write it to us in your email.
  2. We will respond you as soon as possible and maximal in 7 working days either with a confimation that we have all information to process your request or with further questions that will help us to understand better your request, if necessary.
  3. We will proceed with the data deletion within 7 working days from the day when we have all information needed to process your request.
  4. When the data deletion process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Which data will be deleted

We will delete the data you request us to delete.

If you ask to delete all the data withouth deleting the account we will delete:

  • your device model;
  • all data related to tracked and planned rides, if any;
  • all created 3d videos, if any;
  • all statistics and information of your account (image avatar, tracked kilometers, rides, curves, rider skills, etc.), if any;
  • all reported dangers, if any;
  • all exchanged messages in the Motobit Chat, if any;
  • all data related to your app activity (ride planned, ride tracked, etc.), if any;
  • all data related to activated subscriptions with Motobit, if any;
  • your email address and all related information (delivered and opened emails, preferences, etc.) from our email provider;

If we are legally unable to delete some data you request us to delete (as example for tax or fraud prevention purpouses), we will notify you, stating the reason.
