Account deletion request

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with our app Motobit by Motobit GmbH and wish to delete your account and associated data.

Before proceeding, please consider:  

  • that the data and account deletion process is irreversible, and there will be no way to recover your information.
  • that any subscription, also in the trial phase, will not be automatically cancelled. Please check if you have an active subscription with Motobit in your Google Play Account.

Steps for the account deletion

  1. Provide the email associated with your account through an email to info@getmotobit.com with the subject “Account deletion request”. Please send the email from the same email address that you used to create an account in Motobit so we know that you are the owner of the email address.

2) You will receive a confirmation email when the process is completed. It can take up to 14 working days.

Please note that if you have unsubscribed from our emails or blocked email reception, we won’t be able to send the confirmation email to you.

Which data will be deleted

We will delete all the data associated with your Motobit account, including:

  • username, email address, user ID and device model;
  • all data related to tracked and planned rides, if any;
  • all created 3d videos, if any;
  • all statistics and information of your account (image avatar, tracked kilometers, rides, curves, rider skills, etc.), if any;
  • all reported dangers, if any;
  • all exchanged messages in the Motobit Chat, if any;
  • all data related to your app activity (ride planned, ride tracked, etc.), if any;
  • all data related to activated subscriptions with Motobit, if any;
Moreover, we will delete:
  • your email address and all related information (delivered and opened emails, preferences, etc.) from our email provider;
  • your email address and all related information (login method) from our provider for user authentification.
